[outages] Spectrum Issues in Texas

Good morning,
     I have quite a few Spectrum cable modem customers that are down right
now.  Spectrum Helpdesk says that call volume is through the roof.  No
outage declared yet and no root cause identified.  Anyone else seeing this?
