Probably nothing new here but clicking the link tries http which fails and it doesn't automagically push you to https.  Here in Northern California on AT&T the correct link loads fine.

I tested from 30 locations (mostly Comcast and Charter, but a few small local ISPs) throughout Washington and Oregon.
