The aforementioned datacenter is back online.  They informed me that Spectrum has removed the outage from their online system so this may be abating for all now.

A variety of Spectrum residential customers in Louisville, KY are working, but at least one datacenter in Louisville, KY having a Spectrum Fiber connection has been out since 3:30AM Eastern.  This outage affects my services and I’m tracking it.  Spectrum admits “head-end connection interruption” and says engineers are working on resolution.
