Our HTTPv6 monitoring of www.facebook.com showed "No data received from host" or "Socket timeout after 10 seconds":
~3:14 to ~3:39 pm
~3:43 to ~3:49 pm

facebook and looked at downdetector and seen upper midwest is hitting 
red hard cant connect from spectrum or VZW wireless.
