[outages] Zayo in Amsterdam

Just got confirmation from Zayo that they are having a widespread outage in
Amsterdam which is affecting one of my circuits.  BGP to the peer IP was up
but broken within their network.

Does anyone have any insight into what's happening?  Zayo wouldn't tell me
much yet.
