We’ve even had teams messages show up multiple times, or not at all for 30-40 minutes. Been ongoing since about 10:50 AM EST.

according to support posts from MS it's not all tenants.  ours was affected, very long lag times, failed messages, images not loading etc.

ms stated adding more resources to affected tenants now.

this appears to have alleviated the worst symptoms for us now.
