I'm on Verizon Business.  Call in/out just fine.  Data just fine (says LTE
in the corner if that matters).  Located in Troy, Ohio

https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/ says:
We're looking into Troy, OH area for a potential network disruption.
We should know more within 12 hours. You can check your network status
again later for updates.
