LOL!
Well, there's your "100%" and there's the Telegraph and the Daily Mail, both of which reported the hacker group Dark Storm Team took credit for it:

Upon what data is your 100% reliability guarantee based?

100% was not a DoS attack.
Any ongoing issues resolving the domain would likely be a result of cached/stale DNS resolution data.
The domain registry removed the serverHold roughly 75 minutes ago at 1:21pm PST.

I get “you have been blocked” from Zoom’s own server, for failing to pass some security check. This is from a Frontier California FIOS IP. If I switched to a cellular connection, then I get right in.
Possibly, they are dealing with a with a DDoS attack

I'm also seeing a Cloudflare error page for www.zoom.com<http://www.zoom.com>

The zoom.us<http://zoom.us> is on an ICANN "serverhold" in the US domain. Other US
domains are working. Not sure what's going on with that...
It appears to have been placed in this state at: Updated Date:

Any reply I make from now on will go to -discussion; just wanted to get
this piece of status onto the main list.
