Microsoft 365 admin center status page shows an active issue

the public status page shows nothing wrong but it can't be trusted anyway.

Confirming weird behavior seen here in multiple locations as well. Apple Mail client is prompted to login to O365 hosted account in but gets stuck at the MFA step which is only offering email verification, no TOTP which is configured for the user account. Also attempts to login via the web @ outlook.office.com<http://outlook.office.com> get caught in a redirect loop. And separately my monitoring platform that regularly sends SMTP mail through O365 using a different account is now reporting 451 errors on send attempts.
