[outages] Cogent Philadelphia region?

We're outside of Philly (Norristown) and saw a spike in peer updates around 10:30, but as of now we're still receiving roughly 963,000 routes on our Cogent DIA.

Looks like BGP issues to me, but not seeing anything on the Network Status pages..
