192.149.252.76 (<A href="http://www.arin.net">www.arin.net</A>), 64.18.8.11
(login.postini.com), <A href="http://www.amazon.com">www.amazon.com</A> and
others. These seem to be independent of any one provider -- I'm seeing them from
Time Warner, Level 3, ATT ... some work better than others ... for example,
ARIN seems available if the route goes through PNAP.</FONT></DIV>
