that they are "waiting for parts" and repair will most likely not be until
sunday. Parts? Really Embarq? You need to wait for parts? Are you not a regional
ISP that serves at least 250000 people? And isn't the Qwest/Cisco parts depot
something like 30 miles away?</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
