RIM says that service has been restored for all of North America.  So, all users should start to see data flow again to their devices.<br>
They didn't give any idea on which regions of North America would be picking up the quickest.  More likely it'll be based on<br>
service provider, email servers, device reception and lastly if you live in Canada or not.<br>
