There are some residual effects due to traffic spikes in traffic, affecting a small number of calls. The next phase of recovery is directed at recovering the many systems that monitor and control the network elements and some of the features in the network. Some of the services (such as teleconference join and transfer connect) which allow the customer to make changes in the feature directly or through an agent continue to be unavailable.<br><br>Efforts continue to diagnose the problem with NSDNet, however, they are proceeding with great caution as not to damage the BVoIP platform.<br><br>The Birmingham Teleconference center systems are now restored, however, they may still continue to experience extremely high call volumes. Continued sporadic issues to voice conferencing on some bridges, with periodic dead air, are continuing. However, conditions continue to improve.
