We are having IP reachability problems from customers in SoCal, and all reports are coming from their netblocks (<a href="http://76.168.0.0/13">76.168.0.0/13</a>, <a href="http://67.48.0.0/15">67.48.0.0/15</a>, <a href="http://98.152.0.0/14">98.152.0.0/14</a>, <a href="http://98.156.0.0/15">98.156.0.0/15</a>, <a href="http://98.144.0.0/13">98.144.0.0/13</a>, <a href="http://24.43.0.0/16">24.43.0.0/16</a>). Target IP is 204.13.11.104 in <a href="http://204.13.8.0/22">204.13.8.0/22</a>.</div>
