I saw issues earlier this week when I was doing traceroutes to their NYC wholesale and DFW wholesale switches. I was going via XO and seeing lots of packetloss. I moved the outbound traffic to a provider that got to them via Cogent and things cleared up instantly.<br>

Our inbound from core2 appears to be fine, outbound seems to be good to a few different npanxx here in IL.<br>
