<p><font size="2">It looks like <a href="http://Bandwidth.com">Bandwidth.com</a> is having another voice outage.<br>
Our outbound phone calls go to their system, and appear connected from<br>
our side, but <a href="http://Bandwidth.com">Bandwidth.com</a> side wont ring for about 2-5 minutes.<br>
Seemingly getting connected at <a href="http://Bandwidth.com">Bandwidth.com</a> but not making a<br>
successful dial tone to any POTS providers.<br>
Multiple sites seem to be having this problem.<br>

The <a href="http://Bandwidth.com">Bandwidth.com</a> call center is offline as well, getting either a<br>
disconnected message, or the number simply will not ring (from<br>
cellphones and landlines)<br>
