<p>I also finally received confirmation from Qwest about the maintenance/routing problem and service was restored little after 11am EST.  We won't be able to confirm it until tonight when we bring the connection back up.</p>

I am seeing strange routing issue on Qwest where from one Qwest location, I can get to one IP but not another on the same /24 destination also on Qwest.<br>

Both location that I have found is in Indianapolis IN.<br>

Anyone else seeing this issue?<br>
