I made a purchase less than an hour ago (car parts) and then went across the street to Walmart and found my credit card wasn't working - tried it twice.  I used another card and it worked.  The successful purchase is listed on their website - <a href="http://capitalone.com" target="_blank">capitalone.com</a><div>
