<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone else been having issues w/Windstream today? Our MPLS services in WI and IL are find, but we can’t make any outbound calls, though inbound is working. If you call their NOC you just get the option to leave a voicemail because
call volume is so high.<o:p></o:p></p>
