Also noticed I could only pull ~1Mb/s from anything at the NOC.<br />

Other Possible Relevant data.<br />
AS2828's route to AS33363 is Via AS7843. So they aren't announcing 50.88.0.0/15 to AS2828 it seems.<br />
Can't seem to get to AS3356's Looking glass, But I'm pretty sure AS33363 prepends the hell out of it's routes sent to AS3356.<br />
