course nobody reports this until there's an actual outage...  :/<br></blockquote></div><br><br></div>This happened to my neighbors about 3 years ago, in the middle of the night.  Fortunately only took their phone and cable line out, but we heard the "Bang" as it was pulled off the house and then the truck screeching to a halt...</div>
