At this time the devices are reporting falling sensor temperatures so cooling might be working now.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Another service provider has reported that their connections to Chicago and Halifax are affected by power outages and/or flooding due to heavy rain seen this afternoon in southern Ontario.<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">CP24 reports that there is “another cluster of thunderstorms” on the way.<o:p></o:p></p></div></div></div>
