<div><br></div><div><div>Our engineers continue to work this issue with our switch vendor. We still do not have an ETR but have been working diligently to correct the problem. Please understand that a lack of updates does not mean the issue is not being investigated. Contrarily, this is our top priority and will continue to be so until it is resolved. We had updated several times earlier in this ticket that we thought it was nearly cleared because at the time we felt that was the case. We will provide any additional information as it becomes available but we want to reiterate that this issue is actively being worked.</div>

They will be assessing the affect of this on an ongoing basis once this has completed and we will provide additional updates as information becomes available.</div>
