<div>I'm on Comcast up just fine on San Carlos, but my friend from up the street is down here now; issues with his comcast connect at home. His IP is in 24/8. I'm in 50.152.135/24. (it's been this way for 1+ year) He can ping his place 20ms from mine, but at
the moment, nothing else.</div>
