<p dir="ltr">Looks like twitter started giving a "something is technically wrong" error, just as @TheEllenShow live tweeted a photo from the Oscars.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Doesn't seem to be happening for everyone, but certainly for a lot of people.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Mobile client (at least on android) seems to be impacted also. Can tweet, but can't retrieve new ones.</p>
