On-going packet loss issues on Zayo/Above.net in the SF Bay area today<br>
continues.. Master ticket for initial outage was likely 456129.. Latest<br>
round appears to have caused their MPLS network to bounce point to point<br>
circuits in addition to DIA issues.<br>
