We were getting complaints about reachability of our site and some of my teammates believe they've narrowed it down to customer sites that were trying to reach us via Charter. We're connected to Charter's head-end in Fitchburg, WI (near Madison).

Has anyone else noticed any reachability troubles over Charter this afternoon?
