"NANOG Outages" was a common statement back then, but <a href="http://www.outages.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">www.outages.org</a> is<br>

clearly a separate thing.<br>

So yeah - "nationwide" becomes even dodgier :-). But I can still see why.<br>
