<p dir="ltr">We got this update from our upstream who uses XO<br>
We can confirm that it was a fiber cut between Illinois and Ohio. Splicing crews are onsite and are pulling slack. Splicing will begin as soon as they can and there is no ETR at this time<br>

We're in western New York and this is affecting us. XO fiber cut in Cleveland still with no ETA, started around 10am EDT for us.<br>
