<p class="MsoNormal">I was told that yesterday there was a fiber cut in Denver that effected all traffic going from the west coast to the east coast on the Telia backbone. Did anyone receive a notification of this? I have zero carrier relationship with them
and had to rely upon a third party to report this to me and it took them more than a day to tell me.<o:p></o:p></p>
