Here's the latest update as of 4:18PM. All of the end-user circuits
that we had down slowly started coming back at around 11:15AM, with
the last of them coming up around 2:45PM.<br>
<br>
<b>Update: </b><br>
Global Capacity is continuing to work on restoring all remaining
connections. All impacted network cross connects have been rebuilt
and nodes are continued to be restored on an on-going basis. Full
restoration of all impacted provisioning is expected to be completed
within the next two hours. This has Executive level visibility
within Global Capacity and we are actively working to restore all
connections as quickly as possible. <br>

Global Capacity (previously MegaPath, previously COVAD) has
had an outage on-going since around 9:40PM PST in the SF Bay
Area (we lost circuits end-user circuits in Mountain View,
Santa Clara, San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy)<br>

Appears they lost an ATM switch @ SNJSCA02<br>

We are currently experiencing a service interruption due to
equipment failure at the SNJSCA02 central office in San Jose,
CA.<br>
<br>
<b>Update: </b><br>
Global Capacity is currently working with the GC Technician at
the Central Office and the Vendor engineer from Fujitsu to
resolve the issue. ETR:unknown <br>
