lost business, or delays. I don’t know about you but I’d consider that an attack against a portion however small of our national infrastructure.</span></p>

Right... because one VoIP provider getting DDOS'ed means that the entire national phone system is under attack. That would be the equivalent of some kid smashing a Bell-owned payphone back in the 1990's. It causes a denial of service for would-be users of that
phone, but it's not like the entire phone network goes down with it.</p>
