<p dir="ltr">One of the ISPs claims that this is rather the result of "Frontier taking over / switch over from VzB services in FL, CA & TX"??? Could someone confirm that? It certainly departs from the fiber cut original message, but may better explain the impact on other I/NSPs. </p>
