FYI – there appears to be power issues at 165 Halsey since early this morning. I have equipment with Level 3 on the 7th floor and have completely lost power to it several times already. I got additional information from Zayo
regarding the issue being a commercial power failure of some sort:

<span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;color:#555555">Dear Customer This is a notification to advise you that we are currently in a HAZCON 1 situation as a result of an AC Commercial Power failure at our 165
Halsey Newark, NJ Carrier Hotel. Site power was successfully transferred to generator back up power and all Zayo network systems remained up and operational during the transfer. We have refueling teams on standby to and are prepared to top off the generator
when needed. All battery strings are also confirmed to be fully charged. We currently have technicians on-site performing site walks and visual inspections of the generator and DC plant every hour and are providing updates into the Zayo NCC every 30-45 minutes.
We will continue to provide you with updates until site commercial has been restored. We have been provided an ETR for power restoration of 12PM Eastern 4/14/2016. Please feel free to contact the Zayo NCC with any questions or concerns that you may have or
you may contact me directly.
