<div dir="ltr"><div>Telia has re-routed around the issue earlier.<br><br>We have implemented traffic engineering in both directions (LAX & DFW), and we see improvement.<br>There is still some congestion on our network and you may still see some packet loss; however, there is no more capacity for us to make further traffic engineering.<br>We apologize for the inconvenience. <br><br></div>Zayo<br>Splicer crews are currently on site at this time. The affected fiber is a 192 count fiber. This is a buried fiber, and they will have to dig to get to the fiber. Currently there is no ETR. <br>Our third party provider has confirmed that all crews are on site. Their currently prepping one side of the cable and proofing the conduit to ensure the fiber goes through. There is no ETR at this time. <br>
The cable fault in Texas is still affecting the IP traffic in USA.<br>
Our core engineer is looking into possibility of traffic engineering. <br>
