<p>We have AT&T fiber circuits in WA, OR, CA, and WI that are showing intermittent loss to some sites (none are down).  For ease of comparison lets say 1 in 10 pings.</p>

<p>Noticed this to Charter business, Comcast business, and some others.  No loss to Google (8.8.8.8), LSN, MSN, and others.<br>

<div dir="ltr">We've been having issues with dedicated Internet in San Antonio.  It's not completely down, but we're losing packets intermittently--just enough to drop clients from Internet applications briefly and force them to reconnect.  Anyone else experiencing

 that in the San Antonio market?
