DFW->MCI->DEN->SLC->SEA->TYO->HKG->SIN->LAX for a path toward Charter<br>
from DFW->LAX. Even turning off the Cogent peer did not help as the<br>
path simply goes from Zayo->Cogent->this mess.<br>
