They are calling for status updates constantly.<br>

I have seen issues with authentication since last Wednesday in my Event Logs so I know Level 3 has been seeing the same thing. Stop taking up for Level 3; they don't even know your name or care!<br>

Because bugging them in the middle of an outage will get it resolved quicker? :P I will never understand people that are well aware a major outage is happening as evidenced by a 20+ email thread on a major outage list who insist on pestering the very people who are working to get this resolved or level1 reps who literally don't have any control over the situation and limited knowledge to begin with.<br>
