Good afternoon -

We've been experiencing high latency (~150ms) and around 8% packet loss to our L3 peer in Atlanta. We noticed the circuit drop overnight for an hour or so, then mid-morning things started to go downhill. We've turned down this peering session, and are opening
a ticket, but is anybody else seeing anything weird?
Thanks,
