<div style="direction:ltr">We lost a Charter fiber point to point line in Syracuse, NY at 5:38am this morning. It bounced twice but was back up and stable within a few minutes. </div>

<div style="direction:ltr">That is uncommon with this line. I can count on one hand the number of times it has experienced any issues in the last 5 years. </div>

<div style="direction:ltr">I have 3 other Charter fiber internet lines in Syracuse and none of them reported any issues. </div>
