a fiber cut approximately 9 miles from the testing site. Field Operations traveled to the site of the fiber cut and began attempting to isolating the exact location of the fiber cut.<o:p></o:p></p>

in the area are impacting capacity on network links. Field Operations have been dispatched to investigate the suspected fiber cuts. Management and Engineering resources have also been engaged to assist with troubleshooting and resolution.<o:p></o:p></p>
