<p class="MsoNormal">I know it’s in the recent past, on 10-22 at 2pm central Telia Chicago <> Level3 interconnect started to experience BGP timeouts. The bundle the problematic link and the rest of the peering links between Telia and Level 3 are not congested
hence no other problems should be observed as of my update at today.<o:p></o:p></p>
