Anyone know whats up with Rogers here in Canada ? I havent tried to open<br>
a ticket yet as my LTE is down with them as well.  I dont see much of<br>
anything coming from AS812 IP wise on my Torix peer and public peers<br>
with them either.  Poor guys, not a good start to the day for them :(<br>
