at the moment, I want a regular interface, just like in linux.

I don't know if I don't want ;-)

I  just need to be able to assing a mask /22 for subscribers so that within
LAN the
can communicate directly. I'am not pretty sure that I can do that with
CLIPS.
And.. CLIPs utilizes subscribers limit in a meaning of 8k celling.
