[rbak-nsp] SE-400 IP Pool Help

I did, well local support that is, but for some weird reason, they're
giving me the wrong answer.

keeps on saying,

ip address x.x.x.x/x
ip address x.x.x.x/x secondary
ip pool x.x.x.x/x
ip pool x.x.x.x/x secondary

tried it but doesn't exists :)

anyway, I have a lot of faith with the product itself, i'll order more
next year, but the local support in our country, hrmm i am
disappointed.
