[rbak-nsp] Http proxy

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to redirect a subscribers http
traffic through a web-proxy (like a content filter) via a subscriber
profile?  I know it's possible to redirect them to a website, but would it
work if instead of a URL it was the IP address of the proxy?
