[rbak-nsp] Drop outgoing traffic on CLIPS session.

Hi.

I want to drop outgoing (TO CLIENT) traffic on CLIPS session on SE100.
I can't apply to subscriber forward policy for outgoing traffic (to client)
that contains DROP rule, because manuals says: "you can drop incoming
packets only".

Please, tell me, how I can drop outgoing traffic on CLIPS session?
