[rbak-nsp] Template configuration for IP TV and Duel Home Internet Connectivity in SE400

Hi Group,

I got involved in Redbrack project to deploy se400.
For now i have configure the basic sytem of RB such context , ip interface,
radius interconection .

This project deploy ip tv and internet, would anyone help me with a sample
of configuration which
 is deploy ip tv and redundant internet connectivity.
