[rbak-nsp] Template configuration for IP TV and Duel Home Internet Connectivity in SE400

[Mustafa Golam -]

This project will deliver 3play services. For the internet there will
be different packages.There will be IP TV and Voice as well.

I'm having difficulties with 3play configuration.
Can you suggest me the basic config for these 3play services?

Today, I try to connect to internet router ( 7710 ), the config will
used static route directly.
